Job Description: ERP Testing Intern

Location: Gyaneshwor, Kathmandu, Nepal

Working Hours: 2 PM to 10 PM

Internship Period: 3 months (with potential for full-time enrollment based on performance)

Job Summary:

As an ERP Testing Intern, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the successful launch of our new Accounting ERP System. You will be involved in extensive module testing, identifying bugs, and reporting issues to ensure the system functions seamlessly. This is an excellent opportunity for a fresh graduate to gain hands-on experience in ERP testing, IT, and accounting systems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform thorough testing of the Accounting ERP System modules to ensure functionality, reliability, and performance.
• Identify, document, and report bugs, errors, and inconsistencies in the system.
• Collaborate with the development and accounting teams to resolve identified issues.
• Assist in creating test cases, test plans, and testing documentation.
• Provide feedback and suggestions for system improvements.
• Perform additional tasks as assigned by the supervisor, which may include data entry, system configuration, or user training support.
• Ensure timely and accurate reporting of testing progress and results.

Qualifications:

• Fresh Bachelor’s graduate in IT, Computer Science, Accounting, or a related field.
• Basic knowledge of IT systems and accounting principles.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work independently and follow instructions.
• Familiarity with ERP systems or software testing is a plus but not mandatory.
