DESCRIPTION :

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Clinic Administrator to oversee the daily operations of our healthcare facility. The Clinic Administrator will be responsible for ensuring that the clinic runs smoothly and efficiently by managing clinic cleanliness, inventory management, equipment maintenance, and client services. The ideal candidate will be able to multitask and prioritize their workload effectively

JOB DESCRIPTION :

Key Responsibilities
 Creating and presenting reports on performance metrics to senior executives
 Maintain a clean and organized clinic environment, including supervising the cleaning staff and
ensuring all areas are kept tidy and hygienic.
 Monitor and manage inventory levels of medical supplies, equipment, and medications. Order
supplies and restock as necessary including tracking of bills.
 Ensure that all necessary equipment is in place and properly functioning. Schedule regular
maintenance and repairs when needed.
 Medical Records Management
 Implementation of Clinic software
 Coordinate with front desk staff to ensure clients are greeted warmly and assisted promptly.
Ensure that tea and other refreshments are served to clients in a timely manner.
 Manage the scheduling of appointments and coordinate with healthcare providers to ensure
efficient patient flow.
 Maintain accurate records of clinic activities, such as patient visits, inventory, and financial
transactions.
 Train and supervise clinic staff to ensure that they are providing high-quality service to patients.
 Develop and implement policies and procedures to improve clinic operations and ensure
compliance with regulatory requirements, Training to nurse staff.

Eligibility
• High school diploma or equivalent required. Associate or Bachelor's degree in healthcare
administraƟon or related field preferred.
• At least 2-3+ years of experience in a healthcare administraƟve role.
• Excellent organizaƟonal skills and aƩ enƟon to detail.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work collaboraƟvely with others.
• Proficient in MicrosoŌ Offi ce and other basic computer skills.
• Knowledge of medical terminology and healthcare regulaƟons preferred.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle mulƟple tasks simultaneously.
