Position: Business Manager
Location: Baluwatar, Kathmandu, Nepal
Time: Full-time, onsite (10 AM - 6 PM)

Key Responsibilities

• Business Operations & Strategy: Implement growth strategies, oversee operations, and identify new opportunities.
• Financial Management: Manage budgets, forecasts, and financial reports to meet financial targets.
• Team Leadership: Recruit, train, and lead a high-performing team.
• Sales & Marketing: Drive sales through strategic campaigns and partnerships.
• Customer Experience: Ensure excellent service and enhance loyalty programs.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field (Master’s preferred).
• 3-5 years of experience in business management or leadership roles.
• Strong financial and operational acumen.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Passion for pets and the pet care industry.
