Young Innovations is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Dev Support to join our team. This role requires a candidate with a minimum of 5 years of technical customer support field service experience, proficiency in scripting languages (bash/shell, python), and a strong understanding of network, software, and database principles, particularly in Linux systems.

Responsibilities:

Provide exceptional technical support to customers and contribute to the shaping of R&D/product roadmap with technical solutions.
Deploy and maintain clients' products on cloud infrastructure.
Administer Linux systems and manage on-call duty for clients.
Serve as an escalation engineer for global troubleshooting.
Lead training sessions for clients.
Act as a resource for clients' systems architecture understanding.
