JOB DESCRIPTION :

b Description:

Develop and maintain partnerships with educational institutions and companies to facilitate student placements.
Serve as a liaison between colleges and companies to ensure seamless coordination and collaboration.
Oversee the internship placement process, including seminar arrangements, college visits, and presentations.
Fix seminars, conduct college visits, and deliver engaging presentations to promote our placement services.

WHO CAN APPLY :

Job Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Education, or related field.
Proven experience (1-3+ years) in business development and academic partnership roles.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a proactive and results-driven approach.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Possession of a bike for daily commute is mandatory.
