Coding Mountain is seeking a skilled Technical Support Engineer to join our team and provide exceptional support to our clients. If you have a strong background in Linux-based products, networking, and a knack for problem-solving, we want to hear from you!

JOB DESCRIPTION :

Providing technical support to clients via phone, email, and ticketing system.
Troubleshooting and resolving complex networking issues, including L2/L3 protocols.
Composing SQL queries and working with databases to analyze and resolve issues.
Utilizing industry knowledge in Cyber Security to address network security or application security concerns.
Preferred: Troubleshooting web-related issues and familiarity with cloud computing concepts.
Working with enterprise customer accounts to ensure their technical needs are met.
Familiarity with Docker/Kubernetes-based environments and scripting languages such as Bash or Python is preferred.sql

WHO CAN APPLY :

Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar technical support role.
Strong technical experience supporting Linux-based products is a must.
Technical knowledge in Networking, including L2/L3 protocols, is required.
Experience composing SQL queries and working with databases.
Industry experience in Cyber Security, particularly network security or application security, is required.
Preferred: Experience troubleshooting web-related issues and familiarity with cloud computing concepts.
Preferred: Experience working with Docker/Kubernetes-based environments and scripting languages such as Bash or Python.
Preferred: BS degree in Computer Science or equivalent.
