Job Description
Prepare and manage daily journal voucher, payment voucher, receipt voucher for accounting and make an entry in Tally software
Conduct and execute bank reconciliation, credit card reconciliation, debit card reconciliation, online payment reconciliation
Conduct and execute reconciliation of sales and collection
Conduct party reconciliation and coordinate with the vendor for the payment
Preparation of monthly VAT return and filing of VAT return
File monthly TDS returns and verify the same from Inland Revenue Department’s website
Preparation of monthly income statement
Conduct physical verification of Closing Stock
Preparation of purchase register and sales register
Finalization of books of account and coordination with the statutory auditor for audit
