  • Achieve growth and hit sales targets by successfully managing the sales team
  • Design and implement a strategic business plan that expands corporate house base and ensure its strong presence
  • Developing sales talent through the use of sales management techniques
  • Own recruiting, objectives setting, coaching and performance monitoring of sales representatives
  • Keep Track of Communication With Clients
  • Conduct Sales Meetings With Clients
  • Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs
  • Present sales, revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management team
  • Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status
WHO CAN APPLY :
  • Master's degree in Business Management, Business Administration or equivalent
  • More than 5 years of experience in a related field.
  • Previous work experience in corporate sales
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills
  • Strong analytical and negotiation skills
  • Good research skills
