The Customer Service Executive in the B2C Sales & Operations department of our car rental company plays a crucial role in delivering exceptional customer service and facilitating the rental process for our valued customers. This position involves handling customer inquiries, reservations, and assisting with various aspects of car rental operations.   • Answer customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat promptly and professionally.
  • Provide information about car rental options, rates, and availability.
  • Assist customers in selecting the right rental vehicle to meet their needs.
  • Promote and upsell additional services such as insurance, upgrades, and accessories.
  • Effectively handle customer objections and concerns to ensure a positive experience.
  • Process reservations and bookings accurately using the company's reservation system.
  • Confirm and verify reservation details with customers, including pick-up and drop-off locations and times.
  • Manage last-minute changes or cancellations and provide suitable alternatives.
  • Coordinate vehicle pick-up and return processes, including checking in/out vehicles.
  • Ensure vehicles are clean, fueled, and in good working condition.
  • Assist with paperwork, documentation, and payment processing.
  • Address and resolve customer issues or disputes related to rental operations.
  • Handle customer complaints, inquiries, and requests with a customer-centric approach.
  • Collaborate with other departments to resolve customer issues and provide solutions.
  • Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction and loyalty through excellent service.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
  • Prepare reports, daily logs, and other relevant documentation as required.
  • Assist in inventory management, tracking, and maintenance of rental vehicles.
  • Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures, including safety and security guidelines.
  • Stay up-to-date with product knowledge, promotions, and industry trends.
  • Follow all relevant legal regulations and compliance standards.

Important Requirement: Candidates must able to work any shift 8-9 hours per day

  • High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree preferred.
  • 4- 5 years proven experience in customer service, sales, or call center roles.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills English & Nepali.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and the capacity to handle challenging situations.
  • Familiarity with car rental systems and software is a plus.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and able to multitask effectively.
  • Proficiency in using computer applications and customer relationship management (CRM) tools.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays if necessary.
