Digital marketing assistants are junior-level digital marketers that assist the digital marketing team with all related tasks. The duties of a digital marketing assistant include performing administrative tasks, conducting market research, updating databases, and writing content for the company's social media site and web page.

JOB DESCRIPTION :
  • Aware of hosting environments in both Linux and Windows environments.
  • Familiar with Content Management Systems (CMS) like WordPress, Drupal, etc.
  • Providing support for customer hosting-specific issues including debugging customer sites to aid in problem resolution
  • Ensuring customer data is kept in a confidential/secure manner
  • Good Understanding of SEO practices
  • Launch and manage multi-strategy social media advertising campaigns/activity across required platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Google, YouTube, etc) as per the guidance of the Supervisor
  • Review client and competitor websites/social media for gaps, opportunities, and strategic insights for the campaign lead as per the guidance of the Supervisor.
  • Monitor and analyze ad campaigns and make regular proactive changes to improve campaign performance and budget placing
  • Generate weekly reports on a schedule using aggregate tools like Keyword Planner, Google Analytics, Facebook Insights, etc
  • Communicate and assist with both external parties and internal department on an as-needed basis for the smooth flow of work
  • Provide necessary access to all the required data under the guidance of a supervisor
  • Interaction with clients through telephone calls, email communications, social media platforms (Viber, Facebook, Instagram, etc), or face-to-face meetings as per the requirement
WHO CAN APPLY :
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or a related field.
  • In-depth knowledge of marketing techniques and databases.
  • Proficient in MS Office and marketing software.
  • Knowledge of CRM tools, Google AdWords, and online analytics.
  • Natural curiosity and desire to learn and build
  • Comfort with ambiguity and a willingness to take on tasks outside of your comfort zone.
  • Good knowledge about hosting environment, media buying, and many more
