DESCRIPTION :

We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Documentation Officer to join our team. As a Documentation Officer at Mentor Labs, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the accuracy, clarity, and accessibility of our technical documentation and educational materials. You will collaborate closely with our product development teams, subject matter experts, and clients to create and maintain high-quality documentation that supports our flagship products, upGrad and Codingal.

JOB DESCRIPTION :

Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain documentation for Mentor Labs’ products, including user manuals, technical guides, API documentation, and educational materials.
Collaborate with product development teams and subject matter experts to gather information and ensure accuracy and completeness of documentation.
Organize and maintain a centralized repository of documentation, ensuring accessibility and version control.
Review and edit documentation for clarity, consistency, and adherence to company standards.
Assist in the creation of training materials and support resources for clients and internal teams.
Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in technical writing and documentation.

WHO CAN APPLY :

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in English, Technical Writing, Computer Science, or related field.
Proven experience in technical writing, documentation, or content creation, preferably in the software or IT industry.
Strong writing and editing skills, with excellent attention to detail and ability to explain complex concepts in a clear and concise manner.
Proficiency in documentation tools and software, such as Microsoft Office, Adobe Acrobat, and version control systems.
Familiarity with agile development methodologies and project management tools is a plus.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment, with a proactive and problem-solving attitude.
