As a Management Trainee/Junior Officer in our SaaS Vertical, you will play a crucial role in supporting our sales and customer relationship management efforts. JOB DESCRIPTION :

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the sales team in prospecting, qualifying leads, and generating new business opportunities within the SaaS vertical.
  • Assist in CRM (Customer Relationship Management) activities, including data entry, lead management, and pipeline tracking.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify potential customers and industry trends, providing valuable insights to the sales team.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing and product development, to ensure alignment of sales efforts with organizational goals.
  • Assist in the preparation of sales presentations, proposals, and contracts, ensuring accuracy and adherence to company standards.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to existing clients, addressing inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry developments, competitor offerings, and emerging technologies to maintain a competitive edge in the market.
  • Participate in training and development programs to enhance product knowledge, sales skills, and overall performance.
