DESCRIPTION :

We are looking for a passionate individual with an interest in building user interfaces and experience in mobile application development using Flutter through using appropriate tools and technology for Civi. The developer will report directly to the team lead in Nepal and collaborate closely with the Civi founder in the US and other staff, as necessary.

JOB DESCRIPTION :

Responsibilities

Lead the development of a selection of features in the Civi mobile app (exact feature set to be shared with finalist candidates)
Deploy the application in Google Playstore and Apple AppStore
Design precise user interface elements as approved by the design team, project management, and client representatives
Consume APIs to develop dynamic mobile pages connecting to a remote database
Carry out technical documentation of the system and code base where applicable
Use proper version control tools and maintain standard release workflows for software system deployment
Carry out preliminary testing and quality assurance of the developed system before forwarding it to the QA team
Lead on fixing any issues or bugs identified in the QA process
Coordinate with business analysts, team members, and client representatives in the smooth development of the systems
Engage in knowledge sharing and co-learning among team members in the company

Qualifications

We are looking for candidates with the following qualifications

Minimum 2 years as a full-time professional developer (Flutter)
A knack for good user experience
Good oral and written communication skills, and excellent interpersonal skills.
The ability to work calmly and effectively in pressure situations and manage time effectively in a changing environment, strong conceptual and logical abilities, and strong planning and project abilities.
Flexibility required to work with clients based in the US (early morning/late evening calls may be required)
Knowledge of project management tools such as ClickUp/Asana
Knowledge of source code management tools such as Git & Github
