JOB DESCRIPTION :

Job Description :

Perform various office errands, including but not limited to, delivering documents, packages, and supplies to different departments or external partners.
Manage incoming and outgoing mail, including sorting, distributing, and processing mail items.
Perform other duties as assigned by the office manager or supervisor to support the overall functioning of the office.
Keen attention to detail and accuracy in completing tasks, handling documents, and recording information.
Dependable and punctual with a commitment to fulfilling job responsibilities and meeting deadlines.
Resourceful and proactive in resolving issues or challenges that arise during errands or office tasks.
Willingness to adapt to changing priorities, schedules, or tasks as needed.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent required
Previous experience in a similar role, such as office assistant, courier, or runner
