We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Operations Officer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in ensuring smooth and efficient operations across various departments, contributing to the overall success and growth of Maruti Creations.

JOB DESCRIPTION :

Oversee day-to-day operations to ensure efficiency and adherence to company standards.
Coordinate with production, procurement, and logistics teams to streamline processes and optimize resource utilization.
Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely procurement of raw materials.
Implement and maintain quality control measures to uphold product excellence.
Analyze operational data and generate reports to identify areas for improvement.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement process improvements and cost-saving initiatives.
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and maintain a safe working environment.

WHO CAN APPLY :

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in operations management, preferably in the garment manufacturing industry.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite is preferred.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
