As a Sales Intern at Sky Broadband Pvt. Ltd., you will play a vital role in supporting our sales team to achieve strategic goals and objectives. You will be immersed in the dynamic world of internet service provision, learning about our products, services, and customer needs. This internship offers hands-on experience in sales, customer relationship management, and market analysis within the ISP industry.

JOB DESCRIPTION :

l Work closely with the sales team to support various aspects of the sales process like Market Research, Pre-sales, Post-Sales.

l Reach out to potential customers via phone, email, and social media to introduce our services, qualify leads, and schedule meetings or product demonstrations.

l Provide administrative support to the sales team, including preparing sales presentations, drafting proposals, and maintaining customer databases.

l Engage with existing customers to gather feedback, address concerns, and promote additional products or services to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.

l Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, customer service, and product development, to align sales efforts with overall company objectives.
