Beauty Hub Nepal is looking for a Sales & Marketing Manager with 3+ years of experience to develop sales and branding strategies, manage teams, collaborate with influencers, and drive business growth.

JOB DESCRIPTION :

Develop and implement business development and sales strategies.
Oversee marketing campaigns (offline & online) and execute branding plans.
Manage team performance, hiring, and firing decisions.
Collaborate with influencers and businesses to increase brand awareness.
Ensure timely reporting, PR, and relationship building for business growth.
Develop content strategies aligned with branding and sales goals.
Monitor daily tasks and deadlines of all team members.
Excellent pitching, presentation, and communication skills required.
