Join our dynamic team as a Senior Operations Manager in the bar vertical, where you will play a pivotal role in overseeing and optimizing the operational aspects of our bar establishments. We are seeking a seasoned professional with a background in franchising restaurants to lead and drive excellence in service, profitability, and customer satisfaction

  1. Operational Excellence: Implement and maintain operational best practices, policies, and procedures to optimize bar performance. Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and take corrective actions as needed to meet or exceed targets.

  2. Team Leadership: Lead and motivate a diverse team of bar managers, staff, and support personnel. Foster a culture of excellence, teamwork, and continuous improvement.

  3. Financial Management: Manage budgets, P&L statements, and financial reporting for the bar vertical. Identify opportunities to increase revenue, reduce costs, and improve profitability.

  4. Quality Assurance: Ensure high standards of service quality, cleanliness, and safety across all bar locations. Conduct regular inspections and audits to maintain consistency and compliance.

  5. Customer Experience: Focus on creating memorable and satisfying experiences for bar patrons. Address customer feedback and concerns promptly, and implement strategies to enhance customer loyalty.

  6. Expansion and Growth: Collaborate with the senior management team to identify and evaluate opportunities for expanding the bar vertical. Participate in the development of business plans and expansion strategies.

  • Proven experience in a senior operations management role within the bar or restaurant industry.
  • Strong background in franchising restaurants is preferred.
