Key RESPOSIBILITIES

  • Respond promptly to messages across Meta (Facebook, Instagram), TikTok, and other platforms within 1minute.
  • Maintain professional, friendly, and guideline-compliant responses.
  • Address customer queries effectively and escalate complex issues when needed.
  • Log interactions accurately for follow-ups.
  • Stay updated with platform-specific trends for efficient support.

 

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Strong written communication skills in Nepali and English.
  • Ability to multitask and respond quickly under pressure.
  • Experience in customer service or chat support (preferred).
  • Familiarity with social media messaging platforms.
  • Reliable internet connection and quiet workspace.
