accessing

employment,
internships, or payment
arrangements between candidates and employers.
9. Enforcement and Violations

delete

- Employers or candidates misusing the platform may be subject

action under Nepali law.

- We do not verify every employer or candidate independently;

encouraged to conduct

- To the maximum extent permitted by law, Intern Nepal
Initiatives
Pvt Ltd
is not liable for
direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
resulting
from
platform use.

12. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
