As an Onboarding Coordinator for health clients and doctors, you will play a vital role in ensuring a smooth and efficient process for integrating new users onto our application. Your responsibilities will include engaging with clients and doctors to collect necessary information for registration, setting up their accounts accurately, and conducting orientation sessions to familiarize them with our application's functionalities. You will be the first point of contact for troubleshooting and resolving any issues during the onboarding process, delivering exceptional customer service through various channels. Your technical aptitude, excellent communication skills, and empathy will be essential in providing a positive onboarding experience. Additionally, you will collaborate with the team to develop best practices and SOPs while being prepared for field visits and client-facing work. A valid driving license and access to a two-wheeler are essential for this role.

Deploy the software following SOP for software implementation. Provide immediate support to, including installing and configuring software and computer systems and along with addressing their issues and requirements. Gather requirements and document them and disseminate to the immediate supervisor. Troubleshoot and resolve issues regarding software and hardware. Guide the system users in using the system and provide training if necessary. Test, evaluate the system functionality based on client’s requirements and report if any bugs in the software. Visit clients regularly, get regular feedback, implement the necessary changes, and provide updates to the client about new developments. Communicating with clients on regular basis. Act as first line of technical support during implementation cycle. Prepare reports on the daily work log and client status and report to immediate supervisor with regular updates i.e implementation in charge. Every hospital has their respective in charge.
