Job Summary The Associate Sales Manager will be responsible for driving sales, managing customer relationships, overseeing social media inquiries, and supporting marketing activities. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, hands-on sales experience, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Manage social media messages and comments related to product inquiries. Coordinate chair deliveries with the delivery team.Build and manage leads through calls, networking, etc. Arrange meetings with decision-makers to showcase our chairs. Develop and deliver sales pitches, demos, and proposals. Negotiate prices and contracts to meet sales goals. Provide excellent customer service and post-sales support Stay updated on industry trends and competitors. Create Facebook & Instagram Post through CANVA Answering customers' questions and escalating complex issues to the relevant departments as needed. Able to handle orders on multiple platforms like Instagram, Meta and daraz. Maintain a good understanding of customer needs and expectations and handles all customer concerns appropriately and in a timely manner to ensure customer satisfaction.
