Neema Education Foundation (NEF) is a Nepali ed-tech startup formed in 2018 that aims to improve the existing education system through digitization. The company is looking for Academic Sales Executive.

JOB DESCRIPTION :
  • Build and improve relationships/networking with Schools. 
  • Identify potential schools and schedule visit 
  • Frequent follow up and networking with existing enrolled schools 
  • Review company practices to ensure schools get maximum satisfaction from their purchases. 
  • Develop in-depth knowledge of company product. 
  • Educate and inform schools about company’s product, services and special offers 
  • Maintain database of sales record, appointments and complaints 
  • Attend school’s complaints and resolve issues promptly 
  • Managing organizational sales by developing a business plan that covers sales, revenue and expense controls. 
  • Meeting planned sales goals. 
  • Setting individual sales targets with the sales team. 
  • Tracking sales goals and reporting results as necessary. 
  • Coordinating with marketing/branding on related issues. 
  • Promoting the organization and products. 
  • Research and identifies seasonal product lines and push fast and slow-moving products in the market accordingly. 
  • Carrying out market research in order to keep up to date with customer trends, as well as trying to predict future trends.   
WHO CAN APPLY :
  •  Bachelor/Master’s Degree in any field 
  • 3 to 5 years of experience in school networking (worked as an admission officer, school coordinator, Teacher, Ex-school Principal, and Vice Principal) 
  • Strong willingness to work in the sales and business development sector 
  • Prior experience in school network development is a plus point. 
  • Should have excellent communication skills 
  • Aptitude for fostering positive relationship 
  • One should have own vehicle
