Job Description

 

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Financial Recordkeeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records by recording transactions and reconciling accounts.
  2. Budget Management: Assist in the preparation and monitoring of budgets to ensure financial stability and adherence to financial goals.
  3. Financial Reporting: Generate and analyze financial reports, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.
  4. Tax Compliance: Prepare and submit tax returns, ensuring compliance with relevant tax regulations and laws.
  5. Audit Support: Collaborate with external auditors to facilitate audits and ensure proper documentation and adherence to audit requirements.
  6. Accounts Payable and Receivable: Manage accounts payable and receivable functions, including invoice processing and timely payments.
  7. Financial Analysis: Conduct financial analysis to support strategic decision-making and identify areas for improvement.
  8. Compliance: Stay updated on accounting standards, regulations, and industry trends to ensure compliance.
