DESCRIPTION :

ECS Media is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Accounting Intern. This position offers an excellent opportunity for recent graduates or individuals with limited experience to gain hands-on experience in accounting practices within the media industry.

JOB DESCRIPTION :

Key Responsibilities:

Assist with accounts payable and receivable tasks.
Process invoices and expense reports accurately and efficiently.
Reconcile bank statements and financial data.
Assist with month-end and year-end closing procedures.
Support the finance team with ad hoc projects and tasks as needed.
Collaborate with team members to ensure compliance with accounting principles and company policies.

WHO CAN APPLY :

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software (experience with QuickBooks is a plus).
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Prior internship or relevant experience is not required; fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
