JOB DESCRIPTION :

Responsibilities:

  • Assist with general administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and document preparation.
  • Support the administrative team in coordinating schedules, meetings, and appointments.
  • Respond to inquiries from students, faculty, and staff via email, phone, and in-person.
  • Help maintain office supplies and ensure the cleanliness and organization of the office space.
  • Collaborate with team members on special projects and initiatives as needed.
  • Gain exposure to various aspects of office management and administration.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 0-6+ months of relevant experience in an administrative role (experience as an intern or in a similar capacity is a plus).
