JOB DESCRIPTION :

Assisting with research and analysis of business processes, data, and stakeholders
Helping to document business requirements and functional specifications
Supporting the development and testing of business solutions
Participating in project meetings and status updates
Assisting with the creation of training materials and user documentation
Gaining a good understanding of the industry and company's business operations
