We are Searching for a “Business Development Associate" (Corporate Position -Sales and Marketing Associate) with excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. The position holder is expected to have knowledge regarding sale & Marketing and good insights of Management process.

JOB DESCRIPTION :
  • Develop and monitor sales performance of team.
  • Plan the prospects and sales strategies in order to meet sales goals.
  • Train and guide sales team about product and services and to execute the sales process.
  • Smooth communication and coordination via email and phone with clients and prospects.
  • Generate service progress report and correspond it with the client.
  • Develop and assists in creating proposals based on client requirements.
  • Follow-up and conduct meetings to understand the client needs and objectives and develop and approach personalized proposal.
  • Document and maintain client data in record keeping management system and track and update payment records.
  • Facilitate and mediate the platform between onboarded client and operations team.
  • Collect, document, and update all the necessary documents, and data from the clients to conduct the project.
  • Actively seek out and close new sales opportunities through cold calling, leads follow up.
  • Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
  • Responsible for assigned job roles and boosting organization performance and productivity 
  • Self-motivated with self-oriented mindset.
