We are currently seeking motivated individuals to join our team as Call Centre Agents. As a Call Centre Agent, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive experience for our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle Inbound and Outbound Calls: Respond to customer inquiries and
provide information about products or services. Make outbound calls to follow
up on customer requests.
Customer Support: Assist customers with concerns, troubleshooting, and
problem resolution in a professional and courteous manner.
Effective Communication: Demonstrate excellent communication skills to
ensure clear and concise interaction with customers. Maintain a positive and
customer-centric attitude.
Documentation: Accurately record customer information, interactions, and
transactions. Maintain detailed and organized records of customer interactions.
Qualifications:
Minimum educational qualification: +2 pass / Bachelor running.
Prior experience in customer service or call center operations is a plus but not
mandatory.
Strong communication skills with a good command of English (both spoken and
written).
Key Competencies:
Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with customers.
Quick learner with the ability to adapt to changing situations.
Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM software.
