We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic individual to join a team as a Customer Service Representative Intern. As a Customer Service Representative Intern, you will play a key role in ensuring excellent customer satisfaction by providing exceptional service and support to the clients.

JOB DESCRIPTION :

Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a professional and timely manner
  • Assist customers with product information, order placement, and issue resolution
  • Handle customer complaints with empathy and a solution-oriented approach
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
  • Collaborate with other team members to ensure seamless customer experience
  • Provide feedback to management on customer concerns and suggestions for improvement
