DESCRIPTION :

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Digital Marketing Strategist who is proficient in aligning ads and managing campaigns across various platforms, including META (formerly known as Facebook), Google Display Network (GDN), and other pragmatic platforms. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of Facebook's targeting options, ad formats, and performance metrics, along with the ability to leverage other platforms effectively.

JOB DESCRIPTION :

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns across multiple platforms, including social media, email, and paid advertising.
  • Analyze campaign performance metrics and optimize strategies to maximize ROI.
  • Conduct keyword research and implement SEO best practices to improve organic search rankings.
  • Create engaging content for digital channels, including blog posts, social media posts, and email newsletters.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align digital marketing efforts with overall business objectives.
  1. Develop and Execute Digital Marketing Strategies: Create comprehensive digital marketing strategies tailored to meet business objectives, including but not limited to audience targeting, budget allocation, ad creative optimization, and campaign scheduling.

  2. Campaign Management: Oversee end-to-end campaign management across META, GDN, and other pragmatic platforms. This includes campaign setup, monitoring, optimization, and performance analysis.

  3. Audience Targeting and Segmentation: Utilize advanced targeting options available on META and other platforms to identify and reach relevant audiences. Develop audience segmentation strategies to optimize campaign performance and maximize ROI.

  4. Ad Creative Development: Collaborate with creative teams to develop compelling ad creatives that resonate with target audiences and drive engagement. Ensure ad creatives adhere to platform guidelines and best practices.

  5. Performance Analysis and Reporting: Monitor campaign performance using relevant metrics and analytics tools. Generate regular reports to evaluate campaign effectiveness, identify trends, and provide actionable insights for optimization.

  6. Stay Updated on Industry Trends: Stay abreast of the latest developments in digital marketing, including platform updates, new features, and industry best practices. Apply emerging trends and technologies to enhance campaign performance and efficiency.

  7. Cross-Platform Integration: Coordinate digital marketing efforts across multiple platforms to ensure consistent messaging and branding. Implement cross-platform strategies to maximize reach and engagement.

  8. Budget Management: Manage digital marketing budgets effectively, allocating resources based on campaign objectives and performance metrics. Optimize budget allocation to achieve maximum ROI.

Qualifications:

  1. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business Administration, or related field.
  2. Proven experience as a Digital Marketing Strategist or similar role, with a focus on META (Facebook) advertising.
  3. In-depth knowledge of META's targeting options, ad formats, and performance metrics.
  4. Familiarity with Google Display Network (GDN) and other pragmatic platforms.
  5. Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis tools such as Google Analytics, Facebook Analytics, etc.
  6. Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively cross-functionally.
  7. Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
  8. Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  9. Relevant certifications in digital marketing (e.g., Facebook Blueprint, Google Ads certification) are a plus.
