Are you passionate about guiding students towards their academic and career goals? We're looking for an experienced Educational Counselor to join our team and provide valuable support and guidance to students and their families.

JOB DESCRIPTION :

Responsibilities:

Provide one-on-one counseling sessions to students to help them explore academic and career options.
Assist students in identifying their strengths, interests, and goals, and develop personalized academic plans.
Offer guidance on course selection, college admissions, and scholarship opportunities.
Organize and facilitate workshops and informational sessions on topics related to college readiness and career planning.
Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and parents to ensure students receive comprehensive support.

WHO CAN APPLY :

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Counseling, Education, Psychology, or a related field.
Minimum of 3-4 years of experience in educational counseling or advising, preferably in a school or educational institution setting.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with students and families.
Knowledge of college admissions processes, standardized testing, and financial aid options.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
