JOB DESCRIPTION :

Your Responsibilities
‚óŹ Oversee vendor performance across our marketplace, continuously meet them and help them understand the benefits of the system, understand their needs, and provide tailored solutions.
• Work closely with our Managers, Operations Managers and Customer Service team members to improve reseller performance and customer experience
• Benchmark out of stock, issue rates and time to respond and solve customer
requests
• Create dashboards and share best practices across vendors to measure their
Performance
• To take the lead and become the problem solver
• Help our vendors to improve their services by working closely together with
their internal operation teams
• Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitors' activity
• Be in charge of the quality of reseller experience across our 100+ resellers in our exchange platform
