About the role We are looking for a hands-on Senior Marketing & Operations Incharge - Vendor Quality & Quality Assurance along with device listing and management responsibility. Join our small but fast-growing team in Kathmandu and help us to further scale Nayapurano. Your Background: Motivated person with startup attitude: hands-on + ambitious Business background with Operations and customer handling experience 2+ years relevant experience, including previous startup experience Bachelor's degree or equivalent education in Sales & Marketing You are ambitious, a team-player and ready to make an impact Based in Kathmandu, and fluent in local languages and whatever makes the people comfortable.
Your Responsibilities
● Oversee vendor performance across our marketplace, continuously meet them and help them understand the benefits of the system, understand their needs, and provide tailored solutions.
• Work closely with our Managers, Operations Managers and Customer Service team members to improve reseller performance and customer experience
• Benchmark out of stock, issue rates and time to respond and solve customer
requests
• Create dashboards and share best practices across vendors to measure their
Performance
• To take the lead and become the problem solver
• Help our vendors to improve their services by working closely together with
their internal operation teams
• Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitors' activity
• Be in charge of the quality of reseller experience across our 100+ resellers in our exchange platform
Your Background:
