JOB DESCRIPTION :

Collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to understand project requirements and translate them into intuitive design solutions.
Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups using Figma to visualize and iterate on design concepts.
Develop design systems and component libraries to ensure consistency and scalability across the job portal.
Conduct user research and usability testing to gather feedback and optimize designs based on user insights.
Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in UI/UX design to continually improve the user experience of the job portal.
Work closely with developers to ensure the implementation of designs meets quality standards and specifications.

WHO CAN APPLY :

Proven experience as a Figma Designer or similar role, with a strong portfolio showcasing previous UI/UX design projects. (Year 2-3 Years)
Proficiency in Figma design tool and familiarity with other design and prototyping tools such as Sketch, Adobe XD, or InVision.
Strong understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple projects and deadlines effectively.
Experience in designing web and mobile applications is preferred.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to present and explain design decisions to stakeholders.
Passion for creating user-centered design solutions that enhance the overall user experience.
