As a Fulfillment Officer, you will be responsible for managing the order fulfillment process from start to finish. You will be responsible for ensuring timely and accurate delivery of orders, managing inventory levels, and coordinating with various departments to ensure customer satisfaction.

As a Fulfillment Officer, you will be responsible for managing the order fulfillment process from start to finish. You will be responsible for ensuring timely and accurate delivery of orders, managing inventory levels, and coordinating with various departments to ensure customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the order fulfillment process, including receiving and processing orders, preparing orders for shipment, and tracking order delivery.
  • Maintain inventory levels and ensure that all products are available for fulfillment.
  • Coordinate with internal teams, such as Customer Service, Warehouse, and Logistics, to ensure timely and accurate delivery of orders.
  • Resolve any issues related to order fulfillment, including delays, product availability, and delivery issues.
  • Provide excellent customer service and respond promptly to customer inquiries and complaints.
  • Manage the returns process, including receiving returned products and coordinating with internal teams to process refunds or exchanges.
  • Monitor fulfillment metrics and identify areas for improvement to ensure customer satisfaction.
