Are you a passionate leader with a proven track record in the hospitality industry? Are you ready to take on the challenge of managing a renowned restaurant chain and driving its success to new heights? We are seeking a dynamic and experienced General Manager to join our team and oversee the operations of our leading restaurant chain.

  1. Operational Excellence: Oversee day-to-day restaurant operations, ensuring smooth functioning of all departments, and maintaining the highest standards of service, hygiene, and quality.

  2. Team Leadership: Lead and motivate a diverse team of employees, including chefs, servers, and support staff, to foster a positive work environment and achieve exceptional customer satisfaction.

  3. Financial Management: Monitor and manage budgets, expenses, and revenue to ensure profitability and sustainable growth.

  4. Customer Experience: Continuously strive to enhance the dining experience for our guests, addressing feedback, and implementing improvements to exceed customer expectations.

  5. Marketing and Promotions: Collaborate with the marketing team to create and execute effective promotional strategies, events, and loyalty programs to attract new customers and retain existing ones.

  6. Compliance and Safety: Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations, as well as internal policies, to maintain a safe and secure environment for employees and customers.

  7. Vendor Relations: Develop and maintain positive relationships with suppliers and vendors to ensure the timely availability of high-quality ingredients and materials.

  • Proven experience as a General Manager or in a senior management role within the hospitality industry, preferably in a renowned restaurant chain.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to inspire and lead a diverse team effectively.
  • Excellent financial acumen with experience in budgeting, financial analysis, and cost management.
  • Passion for providing outstanding customer service and creating memorable experiences.
  • In-depth knowledge of food safety regulations and industry best practices.
  • Flexibility to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations.
  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field (MBA is a plus).
