DESCRIPTION :

We are seeking a creative and talented Graphic Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about design, with a strong portfolio showcasing a range of work across various mediums. This role will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop visually compelling materials that align with our brand identity and objectives.

JOB DESCRIPTION :

Develop and execute creative concepts for print and digital collateral, including but not limited to: advertisements, brochures, social media graphics, website assets, presentations, and packaging.
Collaborate with the marketing team to understand project requirements and translate them into visually engaging designs that effectively communicate key messages.Take ownership of projects from concept to completion, ensuring deadlines are met and deliverables are of the highest quality.
Maintain and evolve brand guidelines, ensuring consistency across all materials and channels.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, incorporating new techniques and technologies into design projects as appropriate.
Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute creative ideas to support marketing initiatives and campaigns.
Provide constructive feedback and guidance to junior members of the design team, fostering a collaborative and supportive work environment.
