DESCRIPTION :

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Accountant to join our finance team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting principles, financial analysis, and be proficient in using accounting software. The Accountant will play a key role in maintaining accurate financial records, preparing financial reports, and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations. The successful candidate will have excellent analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

JOB DESCRIPTION :

Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, including ledgers, journals, and bank statements.
Ensure all financial transactions are properly documented and recorded in accordance with established procedures
Assist in the month-end and year-end closing processes.
Reconcile bank statements and other financial documents.
Prepare financial statements, reports, and budgets for management review.
Analyze financial data and provide insights to support decision-making.
Compliance:
Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.
Assist in the preparation of tax returns and other regulatory filings.
Collaborate with external auditors during annual audits.
Provide necessary documentation and explanations for audit inquiries.
Contribute to the budgeting and forecasting processes.
Monitor and analyze budget variances and report findings to management.
Financial Analysis:
Conduct financial analysis to support business initiatives.
Identify trends, opportunities, and potential risks.
Continuously identify opportunities for process improvement and efficiency.
Implement best practices in accounting and financial management.
