JOB DESCRIPTION :

Responsibilities:

Assist in sourcing and attracting candidates through various channels such as job boards, social media, networking events, and referrals.
Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess candidates' qualifications, skills, and fit for open positions.
Coordinate with hiring managers to understand their recruitment needs and priorities.
Schedule interviews and follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the applicant tracking system.
Assist in organizing recruitment events and job fairs.

WHO CAN APPLY :

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
0-1+ Years of experience in recruitment or HR-related roles.

Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with applicant tracking systems is a plus.
