JOB DESCRIPTION :

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed sales targets.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities with various construction based companies and projects. 
  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with clients and key stakeholders.
  • Lead and mentor a team of sales representatives to maximize performance and productivity.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of sales initiatives.
