As a Tech Sales Officer, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, cultivating relationships with clients, and achieving sales targets in the fast-paced tech industry.

JOB DESCRIPTION :
  1. Sales Target Achievement: Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets by proactively identifying, pursuing, and closing new business opportunities.

  2. Client Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients, understanding their technology needs and providing tailored solutions.

  3. Product Knowledge: Stay up-to-date with our technology products and services, ensuring a deep understanding of their features, benefits, and competitive advantages.

  4. Market Research: Continuously research and monitor the tech industry landscape, competitors, and market trends to identify potential sales opportunities and areas for growth.

  5. Sales Presentations: Create persuasive and engaging sales presentations, proposals, and demonstrations to showcase our technology offerings effectively.

  6. Negotiation: Skillfully negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts with clients to secure profitable deals while ensuring customer satisfaction.

  7. Lead Generation: Generate leads through various methods, including cold calling, networking, attending industry events, and leveraging digital marketing tools.

  8. Sales Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, pipeline management, and customer interactions using CRM software.

  9. Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and customer support, to ensure seamless customer experiences.

  10. Feedback Loop: Gather feedback from clients and market insights to provide input for product development and improvement.

WHO CAN APPLY :
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory).
  • Proven track record in technology sales or a related field.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a results-oriented mindset.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
