As an Operations Manager at NE NEPAL Craft Company, you will play a crucial role in overseeing and optimizing our operational processes to ensure the efficient production, fulfillment, and quality control of our diverse range of craft-based products. Your experience in managing operations within the lifestyle, craft, jewelry, or ethnic product domains will be invaluable in maintaining our brand's reputation for excellence.

JOB DESCRIPTION :

Manage end-to-end operational activities, from production to order fulfillment, to meet quality standards and delivery deadlines.
Develop and implement efficient production schedules while maintaining high levels of craftsmanship and product integrity.
Collaborate with artisans, designers, and suppliers to ensure the sourcing of top-quality materials for our products.
Lead and motivate a diverse team, fostering a culture of creativity, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
Implement rigorous quality control measures to ensure that all products meet the brand's standards of excellence.
Streamline inventory management processes to minimize waste and optimize stock levels.
Identify operational bottlenecks and implement innovative solutions to enhance efficiency.
Work closely with cross-functional teams including marketing, sales, and design to align operations with overall business goals.
Monitor and analyze key operational metrics, preparing regular reports for management review.
Stay updated with industry trends and best practices to drive operational innovation.

WHO CAN APPLY :

Minimum of 4 years of experience in operations management, preferably in a premium brand focused on lifestyle, craft, jewelry, or ethnic products.
Proven track record of successfully managing teams and optimizing operational processes.
Deep understanding of craft-based production methods and quality control standards.
Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks in a dynamic environment.
Excellent leadership and communication skills to effectively manage and inspire a diverse team.
Problem-solving mindset with a proactive approach to overcoming challenges.
Familiarity with Nepalese cultural and craft traditions is a plus.
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is preferred.
