JOB DESCRIPTION :

Responsibilities:

  • Promotion Update in Social Ads: Keep social media advertisements up-to-date with the latest promotions.
  • Client Service Updates: Utilize operational assistance to update all client services efficiently.
  • Billing Requests: Initiate and track billing requests for timely processing.
  • Ad and Page Report Management: Collect and organize ad reports, page reports, and other supporting documents.
  • Contract Management: Update contract information in Optimus after each month's completion.
  • Client Promotion: Actively promote clients and their services.
  • Contract and Invoice Updates: Maintain accurate records of contract renewals and invoice information.
  • Weekly Promotion Reporting: Prepare and distribute weekly promotion reports.
  • Client Communication: Keep clients informed about contract renewals and service updates via various communication channels.
  • Quotation Management: Send developers' quotations to clients and follow up for approvals.
  • Service Renewal Notifications: Notify clients about service renewals and gather necessary information.
  • Production Work Processing: Verify and process production work upon completion.
  • Internal Meetings: Conduct internal meetings to update teams on client services and deliverables.
  • Optimus Management: Regularly update Optimus with relevant information.
  • Finance Coordination: Collaborate with finance teams regarding client billing and expenses.
  • Client Email Correspondence: Respond promptly to client emails and inquiries.
  • Quotation Verification: Verify quotations provided by Chief Strategy Officer (CSO) and update status in Optimus.
