Job Description

Greet and assist visitors with a friendly demeanor, managing phone calls, and providing information.
Help keep things running smoothly by assisting with administrative tasks, maintaining records, and supporting staff.
Be the central point for communication, ensuring timely and effective information flow between departments and stakeholders.
A friendly and positive demeanor that contributes to our welcoming environment.
Strong organizational abilities with attention to detail.
Proficient in basic office software and comfortable with office equipment.
Previous experience in a customer service or receptionist role is a plus.
