JOB DESCRIPTION :

Responsibilities:

Oversee daily restaurant operations to ensure efficiency and exceptional service delivery.
Train, supervise, and motivate staff members, fostering a positive work environment.
Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with management to ensure adequate stock.
Handle customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints promptly and professionally.
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations at all times.
Collaborate with the management team to develop and implement strategies for business growth and improvement.
