DESCRIPTION :

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven individual to join our team as a Sales and Collector. The Sales and Collector will be responsible for both sales activities and debt collection efforts to ensure revenue generation and timely payment collection.

JOB DESCRIPTION :

Identify and pursue new sales opportunities to achieve sales targets.
Build and maintain relationships with existing and potential clients.
Contact customers with overdue accounts to arrange payment plans.
Collaborate with the sales team to develop sales strategies and marketing campaigns.
Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify business opportunities.
Resolve billing disputes and discrepancies with customers.
Document all communication and payment arrangements with customers.
Update customer records and account statuses in the database.
