We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Client Service Manager to join our team. The Senior Client Service Manager will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our clients, understanding their business objectives, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure the successful delivery of advertising campaigns and projects. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in client management within the advertising industry, exceptional communication and negotiation skills, and a strategic mindset.

JOB DESCRIPTION :

Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, understanding their needs, objectives, and challenges.
  • Develop and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships built on trust, transparency, and exceptional service.
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their business goals and develop strategic advertising and marketing solutions to meet their objectives.
  • Work closely with internal teams, including creative, media, and production, to develop and execute advertising campaigns and projects that meet client expectations and deadlines.
  • Provide strategic guidance and insights to clients, leveraging industry knowledge and market trends to drive campaign effectiveness and ROI.
  • Proactively identify opportunities for account growth and revenue generation, presenting new ideas and solutions to clients.
  • Monitor campaign performance and results, analyzing data and metrics to optimize campaigns and provide regular reporting to clients.
  • Handle client feedback and inquiries promptly and professionally, ensuring timely resolution of issues and concerns.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies to continually enhance client offerings and agency capabilities.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in client management or account management within the advertising industry, preferably in a senior role.
  • Proven track record of building and maintaining strong client relationships, with a focus on client satisfaction and retention.
  • Excellent communication skills, including verbal, written, and presentation abilities.
  • Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to develop creative solutions to meet client objectives.
