As a Social Media Associate, you will be responsible for developing and implementing social media strategies to enhance the online presence and brand awareness of the company. You will create engaging content, manage social media accounts, and analyze performance metrics to optimize campaigns. The ideal candidate is creative, detail-oriented, and possesses a deep understanding of social media platforms and trends.

JOB DESCRIPTION :
  • Develop creative and compelling content for various social media platforms, including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and TikTok.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to align content with overall brand messaging and marketing goals.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and incorporate relevant content strategies.
  • Manage and monitor company social media accounts.
  • Engage with the online community, respond to comments and messages, and foster positive interactions.
  • Schedule and publish content according to a content calendar.
  • Plan and execute social media campaigns to promote products, events, or brand initiatives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure campaign alignment with overall marketing strategies.
  • Utilize analytics tools to track and analyze social media performance.
  • Generate regular reports on key metrics, and use insights to optimize content and strategies.
  • Implement strategies to grow and engage the company's social media audience.
  • Explore partnerships and collaborations with influencers or other brands to expand reach.
  • Monitor social media channels for brand mentions and industry trends.
  • Provide insights and recommendations based on social listening findings.
  • Stay abreast of emerging trends, technologies, and best practices in social media marketing.
  • Share insights and recommendations with the team to continuously improve social media strategies.
WHO CAN APPLY :
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in social media management or a related role.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • In-depth knowledge of social media platforms and their respective audiences.
  • Proficient in using social media analytics tools.
  • Creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Familiarity with graphic design tools and basic video editing skills are a plus.
