As a Social Media Associate at Mastakala Crafts, you will play a pivotal role in amplifying our brand presence across various social media platforms. Your responsibilities will include creating engaging content, managing social media accounts, analyzing performance metrics, and fostering meaningful interactions with our audience.

JOB DESCRIPTION :

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement social media strategies to enhance brand visibility and engagement.
Create compelling content, including posts, stories, videos, and graphics, tailored to each platform's audience.
Monitor social media channels, respond to comments, messages, and inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
Collaborate with the marketing team to align social media efforts with overall marketing objectives and campaigns.
Analyze performance metrics and insights to optimize content and drive growth.
Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in social media marketing.

WHO CAN APPLY :

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (preferred).
Minimum of 6 months of experience in social media management or digital marketing.
Proficiency in using social media platforms, including but not limited to Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, and Pinterest.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong creativity and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
