DESCRIPTION :

Major Roles : - Assist in developing and executing social media strategies to increase product/brand awareness, engagement, and traffic across various platforms including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, Whatsapp and TikTok. - Create compelling and engaging content for social media posts, including graphics, videos, and written copy. - Monitor social media channels for comments, messages, and mentions, and respond promptly and professionally. - Collaborate with the marketing team to plan and schedule social media content calendars aligned with marketing campaigns and initiatives. - Actively conduct research on industry trends, competitor activity, and audience preferences to inform social media strategy and content creation on related/assigned categories. - Assist to Analyze and report on the performance of social media campaigns using analytics tools such as Facebook Insights and Instagram Insights. - Stay up-to-date with social media trends, best practices, and platform updates to optimize our social media presence in given category. - Assist in managing social media advertising campaigns and budgets, including creating ad copy, targeting options, and monitoring performance. Requirements: - Pursuing or recently completed a degree or a course in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field. - Not mandatory, your skill matters. - Strong passion for social media and digital marketing.- Must have - Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Nepali and English - Must have - Creativity and ability to think outside the box when creating content and engaging with followers/prospects/leads. - Proficiency in using social media platforms including Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp and TikTok. - Basic understanding of social media analytics and reporting. - Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment. - Positive attitude with a willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment. - Female candidates will be of primary priority.
